Parking: The southern section is infamous for limited and pricey beachside parking. This section of the beach begins at Sunrise Boulevard and continues to Oakland Park Boulevard. The south section runs from Sunrise Boulevard to Las Olas and there are a plethora of gay owned and gay friendly businesses located on Sebastian Street.Īlthough not as popular, the northern beach is just as beautiful, and provides a nice escape from the crowds.
